I hate pictures of myself, but I have never used my "mini" desktop tripod or my delayed remote.  Both were used here.  That was fun.  Do not expect more, however.  It is just what I did today.

I was trying to catch some of the rain on the leaves this morning, and didn't even see the little bug on the back side of the leaf until I downloarded the pictures.

White Wine Reflections

Focal Length 22.0 mm
1/160s, f/6.3, ISO 100

Got home and poured myself a glass of wine and wondered what picture I would take tonight.  The light on my porch was so lovely as the sunset, I thought I would take a picture of my wine.  I didn't plan on the beautiful reflection.  I guess it is CHEERS to the first 20 days of my 365 Photo-a-Day Project!  I haven't cheated once, but this is harder than I thought!

Inside Grandma's Clock

Took this one for a photo challenge called "gears".  I have decided not to post it there, but it is the best one in a series of shots I took today.

School Bus in Motion

Focal Length 55mm
1/2 S - f/14.0 - ISO 400

Took this waiting at a stop light on this rainy morning.  First time I have really tried the S setting using a slower shutter speed capturing motion to get a blur effect on objects and lights. Looking forward to trying this some more with my tripod this weekend.

Morning Street LIght

There was a beautiful moon this morning, and I tried without luck to capture it with my camera.  However, I did get this picture with an interesting reflection of the street light.

Garlic...simply the best!

and to answer your question, I did take pictures of garlic in my kitchen tonight.  I was not going to miss "today" in this challenge.

I love this The Digital Photography School website.  I am liearning a great deal from their online articles.  I started this 365 Day Challenge because of it, and actually had my camera in the car with me today on my way to work.  When I pulled into the office, I decided to see if I could catch a few raindrops on my windshield before I went in.  I tried my camera on both "A" and "S: modes.  However, what really helped was a few of the tricks I learned in an article on controlling AutoFocus .  I like how the few pictures I took turned out.  May add some of these to my "BLUR" post.
